In my opinion a nice figure is just an addition to training, its all about Confidence, Power and most importantly Healthy Mind! The recipe to become the strongest version of you!

We meet at the gym to discuss PAR-Q,
You will have to share with me your life-style and any questions you might have regarding are session, just so you know by low
(GDPR Act 2018)
Your information is protected.
PAR-Q form requires body measurements if you are not comfortable with doing it your self nothing to worry about, we can do it at the gym changing area.
Okay! Time to get to work!

Starting with a 5 - 10 minutes warm up we will continue into multiple different exercise to check your current technique and endurance cardiovascular.
With your body warmed up and knowing your predisposition we will now proceed with main training finishing with well deserved stretching and a rush of satisfaction!
