How are you different from a regular gym trainer?
I take pride in my work, I will not just stand next to you and count rep's. I dedicated my life to improve yours and I will always give 100% during are sessions!
If you need advice in between our sessions I will be there for you, message me either through Instagram or WhatsApp.
I will regularly contact you for progress updated and quick questioners, for example, what exercises currently you enjoy the most!
My workout plan is build to you and you only, this means if we have to start from sitting down exercises we will, but we will work together towards heavy exercising step by step session after session because what comes easy won’t last long, and what lasts long won’t come easy.
Payment in advance?
The payment for the first session is on site.
Depending on your preferences you will be asked if you desire to pre book appointments and lock your slot.

Payments for advance booking have to be pre payed at least an hourly rate forwards this means if you book whatever the amount of hours I will be charging you only one hour rate forward (unless you like to pay total amount) this will prevent "customers" skipping appointments and wasting our time by locking free slots and not attending the session.
In case of an emergency that will force you into skipping are session re booking the appointment is acceptable, however this will have to be explained and can not take place frequently as this will ruin the experience for all participants.
Continue to skip session your advance payment for the session length will be deducted.

If you book 3+ hours in advance you will be treated to 20% discount, this will also allow as to organizes regular sessions with pre booked dates suitable for you!

Do you compose nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
There will be such a possibility in the near future, currently I'm in the process of gaining additional qualifications as a Nutrition Specialist.
I can easily provide nutrition advise to help you make better nutritional choices.
